Want to take your chicken burgers from bland to grand? Try adding some Asian flair simply by fusing spicy red curry paste with tangy mayo and creamy ripe avocado. Topped with grilled pineapple slices, your taste buds won’t know what hit them.


  • 4 prepared chicken burgers
  • 1/4 cup Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 4 fresh pineapple rings
  • 1 red onion, thickly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 4 hamburger buns

Chicken Burgers

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well.
  2. Grill burgers according to package directions. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, baste with Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste.
  3. Meanwhile, grill pineapple and onion rings for 3 minutes per side or until grill-marked.


  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste

Curried Avocado Mayo

  1. Mash together avocado, mayonnaise and Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste.
  2. Spread bottom of each hamburger bun evenly with Curried Avocado Mayo.
  3. Layer arugula, burger, pineapple and onion rings over top; cap with remaining buns.
