  • Raw chicken wings. Depending on how many people will be enjoying this meal, I usually count 4 to 6 pieces per person. I marinated 16 pieces
  • 2 TBSP of Dijon mustard. Again the quantity depends on how many wings you are serving.
  • 1 TBSP of honey.
  • 1/4 cup of Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 TBSP of olive oil.


  1. In a large cup, mix all the  marinade ingredients.
  2. Set some marinade aside.
  3. Put the chicken in a large bowl, add the marinade and mix well. Don’t be afraid to use your hands to mix well.
  4. Let it marinate in the fridge for few hours. If you are in a hurry, you can fire up the grill but it is best if they marinate.
  5. Fire up the BBQ. Add the marinated chicken wings and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes while brushing with the leftover marinade.
