If you think Hoisin Sauce is just for dipping, think again. These Hoisin Vegetable Skewers bring Asian flavour in a big, bold, and juicy way. The East Made Easy, right on your grill.


  • 125ml of Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce
  • 5ml of Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp of pepper


  1. Combine all of the glaze ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, then set aside


  • 2 large red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 12 large white button mushrooms


  1. After all vegetables are chopped, place them in the glaze and mix well, ensuring all the vegetables are coated
  2. Skewer the vegetables in desired order, leaving little space between each piece
  3. Place them on a medium-high heat barbecue, safely turning them occasionally
  4. Remove from the barbecue when the vegetables are soft and serve
