Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce
  • 4 tsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 4 store bought salmon burgers
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • 16 cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Stir Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce with ketchup and Sriracha until blended.
  2. Grill burgers according to package directions.
  3. Serve burgers in buns topped with spicy hoisin ketchup, cucumber slices, lettuce, carrot and cilantro leaves.

Notes

Try adding grilled pineapple slices to burger, if desired.
