Few things can make a steak better than it already is, but red curry is one of them. This Red Curry Strip Steak recipe adds a beautiful red hue, just the right amount of heat, and a succulent flavour. A must try on the grill this summer.

  • 2 Strip steaks (12oz or larger)
  • 175ml of Blue Dragon Red Curry Paste
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • ½ a cup of parsley

  1. Cook the paste with 3 tablespoons of water in a frying pan on medium heat for a few minutes to release the full flavours and aroma of the paste. Let the paste mixture cool
  2. Combine cooked Blue Dragon Red Curry Paste and parsley with the strip steaks in a freezer bag, mix well
  3. Let marinade in the fridge for at least one hour prior to cooking, but no more than 24 hours
  4. When you’re ready to cook, place the strip steaks on the barbecue at medium-high heat and place the rosemary sprigs on top of them
  5. Ensure steak is cooked to at least 74°C internally and serve
