Beef Sliders with Nuoc Cham Ketchup

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp Blue Dragon Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp steak spice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 small lettuce leaves
- 12 slices tomatoes
- 12 slices pickles
- 12 slider buns
Nuoc Cham Ketchup
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Blue Dragon Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
Instructions
- Gently combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Vietnamese Dipping Sauce, mustard, steak spice, garlic and salt. Divide into 12 portions; shape into patties.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill patties for 3 – 4 minutes per side or until well marked and cooked through.
Nuoc Cham Ketchup
- Meanwhile, mix together ketchup, Blue Dragon Vietnamese Dipping Sauce and hot pepper flakes.
- Layer Nuoc Cham Ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and burger in each bun.
