  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs (about 4 lbs/2 kg total), cut in half
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 can baked beans

Baby Back Ribs

  1. Cook ribs in large pot of boiling salted water over medium heat for 30 minutes or until tender and cooked through; drain well. Let cool slightly.
