  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp each salt, freshly ground pepper and hot pepper flakes
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped fresh or canned pineapple
  • 1 red or green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
  • 1 sachet (140 mL) Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce
  • Cooked Jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup toasted peanuts


  1. Heat oil in a wok or large sauté pan set over high heat. Season pork with salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes. Add to pan and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until browned and still pink inside. Transfer to plate.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup sliced green onions for garnish.
  3. Add remaining green onions, garlic, pineapple and red pepper and red chili (if using); stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Add Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce into the wok; return pork to wok and cook until heated through.
  4. Serve with rice. Garnish with peanuts.
