Heat the oil in a wok or large sauté pan set over high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes. Add to pan and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until browned and still pink inside. Transfer to plate.
Add asparagus, orange slices, garlic, and ginger; stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Add orange juice, rice vinegar and Blue Dragon Honey Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce to the wok; return beef to wok and cook until heated through.
Serve with noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds.
