2 chicken breast (free-range if possible), cut into strips
75g mushrooms, sliced
50g bean sprouts
1 sachet Blue Dragon Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce
Heat the oil in a wok and add the chicken strips.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and bean sprouts and stir fry for a further minute.
Pour over the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
Serve with rice or noodles.
To get a great crunch to your vegetables such as peppers and mange tout when you are stir frying, add 3-4 tablespoons of water to your wok while cooking. Don't overcook the bean sprouts or they will lose their crunch.
