A tasty and filling Stir Fry!


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breast (free-range if possible), cut into strips
  • 75g mushrooms, sliced
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the chicken strips.
  2. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and bean sprouts and stir fry for a further minute. 
  4. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Serve with rice or noodles.


To get a great crunch to your vegetables such as peppers and mange tout when you are stir frying, add 3-4 tablespoons of water to your wok while cooking. Don't overcook the bean sprouts or they will lose their crunch.
