A tasty and crunchy Stir Fry!


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300g pork fillet, cut into thin strips
  • 75g mushrooms, sliced
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • 50g sugar snap or snow peas
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the pork strips. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms, peas and bean sprouts and stir fry for a further minute.
  3. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.


The secret to the perfect stir fry is to make sure the oil is piping hot before you put the ingredients in the pan or wok. Cut the pork into thin strips so that they cook quickly.
