Boil 1 Litre of water & add ½ teaspoon of salt. Put the rice noodles into the boiling water for 4-5 minutes and drain immediately rinsing with cold water for a few seconds.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan on high and cook raw meat for 3-4 minutes, add the sauce and mix in noodles and stir for 1 minute.
Add the herbs & spices, continually stirring noodle mixture until well coated with sauce.
