A creamy yet spicy stir fry.


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 75g green beans, cut in half
  • 75g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, cut into strips
  • 4 shallots, cut into quarters
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Chilli Coconut Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the vegetables, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 1 minute
  3. Serve with rice or noodles


To get a great crunch to your vegetables such as peppers and mange tout when you are stir frying, add 3-4 tablespoons of water to your wok while cooking.
