  • 1 coil of fully cooked ham or other mild sausage sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 red potatoes sliced very thinly
  • 1 sweet pepper cut into strips
  • 1/2 onion cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 package of Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a large fry pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add the potato slices and stir fry until the potatoes just start to get brown and crisp.
  3. Add the onions, peppers and sausage and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and the Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
