A spicy, fresh stir fry.


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300g beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 50g sugar snap peas
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 tin sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the beef strips, stir fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a further minute.
  3. Pour over the Szechuan Pepper Sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.


The secret to the perfect stir fry is to make sure the oil is piping hot before you put the ingredients in the pan or wok.
