A tangy blend of pineapple, onions, peppers, lime juice, soy, ginger and red chillies, spiked with aromatic star anise.


  • 2 chicken breasts – thinly
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 75g mushrooms – sliced
  • 50g beansprouts
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add 2 thinly sliced chicken/duck breasts and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add 75g mushrooms and 50g beansprouts and stir fry for 1 more minute.
  3. Add Stir Fry Sauce and simmer minute stirring occasionally and serve.


May substitute chicken/duck for diced beef, shrimp and/or vegetables.
