Sweet Chilli Shrimp and Scallops Hot Dog

  • 1/2 cup of cooked shrimps. I used frozen ones that I thawed the night before.
  • 1/2 cup of cooked scallops.
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 celery stick diced
  • 2 small zucchini cut into 1 inch coins
  • 1/4 cup of Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce
  • Hot dog bun. I chose one topped with sesame and large enough.
  • Bamboo skewers


  1. Thread the shrimps in the bamboo sticks. Do the same for the vegetables and the scallops.
  2. Coat the vegetables and the seafood with the delicious sweet chilli dipping sauce.
  3. BBQ for few minutes. Make sure to turn. The seafood is already cooked. You only need to sizzle it.
  4. Heat the hot dog bun
  5. Coat inside the bun with the sauce. I did not want to add any other toppings such as mayonnaise. I wanted a pure and delicious Asian flavour in my shrimp and scallop hot dog.
  6. Then fill the bun with the seafood and vegetables.
