Ingredients

  • 450g potatoes, cut into small wedges (1-2cm thick)
  • 1/2 bottle Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take your potatoes, wash them, and slice them into wedge shaped pieces ready to be baked.
  2. Dry hem with kitchen paper, place on a baking sheet and toss with the Sweet Chilli Sauce and oil.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200'c/400'f for 30-45 mins or until golden. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

Notes

Add chopped coriander just before serving to add a fresh burst of colour and zing to the palate!
