Sweet and Sour Meatballs

  • 2 meatballs, cooked as per instructions
  • 1/2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 large green pepper, cut into thin strips (I also put in a few strips of a red pepper that I had in the fridge)
  • 1/2 cup shredded or julienned carrot
  • 1/4 cup drained pineapple tidbits
  • 1 pouch Blue Dragon Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Have your meatballs reheated and set aside.
  2. In a non-stick skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium high heat until hot and then add the veggies, stir frying them for a minute or so.
  3. Add in the cooked meatballs and toss around for about another 30 seconds, and the pour in the sauce and add the pineapple, stirring and cooking until nice and hot.
  4. Serve over steamed rice, which should be just about done if you started it when you threw the meatballs in to the oven to reheat.
