Sweet and Sour Chicken Kebabs are packed with flavour. When paired with green peppers, pineapples, and onions, they’re a remarkably simple and savoury recipe that is grill ready in minutes. We recommend making enough for seconds.


  • 2 large chicken breasts, cubed
  • 140ml of Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • Can of pineapple rings, halved
  • 1 red onion, chopped


  1. Place the cubed chicken and the sauce into a freezer bag and place in the fridge
  2. Let marinade in the fridge for at least one hour prior to cooking, but no more than 24 hours
  3. When ready to cook, skewer the vegetables and chicken in preferred order and brush the vegetables with any remaining sauce
  4. Place on barbecue at medium-high heat, turning occasionally
  5. Ensure chicken is cooked to at least 74°C internally and serve
