This super easy sweet and sour dish works brilliantly with chicken, but omit the protein for a vegetarian option.


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 finely sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 red peppers (large), cored, de-seeded and cut into small chunks
  • 1 yellow peppers, cored, de-seeded and cut into small chunks
  • 1 red onion, thickly sliced
  • 50g baby corn cobs
  • 50g sugar snap peas
  • 50g fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in the wok and add the chicken. Cook until tender. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add a touch more oil to the wok and add the peppers, pumpkin and onion. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  3. Then add the sweetcorn, sugar snap peas and pineapple chunks. Add 2-3 tbsp water to the pan and stir fry for a further 3-4 minutes.
  4. Finally add the Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Stir fry Sauce and return the chicken to the pan, toss until cooked through and coated. Serve immediately with rice.
