2 tablespoons (30 mL) garlic-seasoned rice vinegar (or add 2 or 3 finely chopped garlic cloves to regular rice vinegar)
chives, finely chopped
4 pork fillets
sesame seeds, for garnish
Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chives in a sealable plastic bag. Add the pork. Seal, and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Remove the pork and pour the marinade into a pot. Grill the pork over high heat for about 5 minutes, turning often. Let the grilled pork rest away from the heat source for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Meanwhile, heat the marinade until it boils. Let boil 2 or 3 minutes to thicken.
Serve the pork with the marinade over Blue Dragon Rice Noodles; add sesame seeds to taste.
