Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) garlic-seasoned rice vinegar (or add 2 or 3 finely chopped garlic cloves to regular rice vinegar)
  • chives, finely chopped
  • 4 pork fillets
  • sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chives in a sealable plastic bag. Add the pork. Seal, and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  2. Remove the pork and pour the marinade into a pot. Grill the pork over high heat for about 5 minutes, turning often. Let the grilled pork rest away from the heat source for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the marinade until it boils. Let boil 2 or 3 minutes to thicken.
  4. Serve the pork with the marinade over Blue Dragon Rice Noodles; add sesame seeds to taste.
