  • 4 small chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of Blue Dragon Thai Sriracha Chilli Sauce
  • 4 sesame buns
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato


  1. Combine Blue Dragon Thai Sriracha Chilli Sauce with chicken in a freezer bag
  2. Let marinade in the fridge for at least one hour prior to cooking, but no more than 24 hours
  3. When ready to cook, place them on barbecue at medium-high heat
  4. While the chicken is cooking, cut the tomato into slices and tear some leaves from the romaine lettuce head to be placed in between the sesame bun
  5. Ensure chicken is cooked to at least 74°C internally and serve on sesame bun


Feel free to replace with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce instead.
