A fresh Asian dish perfect for summer!


  • 400g spaghettini, cooked
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, thinly shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar pea
  • 1 cup red pepper, shredded
  • 1 inch knob of fresh ginger, thinly shredded
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 jar Blue Dragon Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce
  • 3 tbsps light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Blue Dragon Sesame Oil


  1. In a well oiled wok, sauté onions and ginger until fragrant. Add broccoli and sugar peas. Sauté until slightly cooked, add chow mein sauce and noodles. Heat through ingredients.
  2. To finish, add zucchini, red peppers and bean sprouts.
  3. Splash soya sauce on side of hot wok. Stir well. Heat off, mix in sesame oil.
