Grilled Avocado With Shrimp Salad

  • 1 Haas Avocado
  • 1/4 cup of cooked shrimps.
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 TBSP cup of Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tsp of Mayonnaise


  1. Cut the lemon in half. Save one for the grill and juice the other half.
  2. Put the shrimps and half lemon into skewers
  3. Grill them for few minutes. Let them cool and remove them from skewers.
  4. Cut the avocado in half
  5. Remove the seed
  6. Brush the inside with some of the Hoisin Sauce
  7. Gently place cut side down on grill over hot coals for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool
  8. In the mean, mix the rest of Hoisin sauce, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  9. In a bowl, season the shrimps with the mixture above.
  10. Fill the half avocado with the shrimps seasoned.
