1/4 cup (60 mL) Blue Dragon Thai Sriracha Chilli Sauce
Spread mustard on half of the slices of bread; layer 1 slice of cheese, 4 slices of apple and remaining slices of cheese over top. Sandwich with remaining slices of bread; butter outside slices of bread.
In large skillet, fry sandwiches over medium heat, turning once, for about 4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 4 triangles.
Serve warm with Blue Dragon Thai Sriracha Chilli Sauce for dipping.
You can also substitute Sriracha Chilli Sauce with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
