  • 1 jar (200 mL) Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) garlic-seasoned rice vinegar (or add 1 or 2 finely chopped garlic cloves to regular rice vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) water


  1. Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a sealable plastic bag. Add cubed chicken, and marinate in refrigerator for at least two hours.
  2. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers with any other ingredients you’d like, such as peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, and/or sausage slices. Barbecue and enjoy!
