Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (120 g) frozen fruit of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, peach, mango…)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Blue Dragon Coconut Milk
  • A touch of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. That’s it!
  2. Enjoy!
