Ingredients

  • Large shrimp
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Blue Dragon Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add the curry paste; heat for a few minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp; sauté until cooked through.
  4. Add coconut milk; heat for a few minutes.
  5. Serve.
