Chocolate-Thai Sriracha Chilli Rice Krispies

  • 40 large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) Rice Krispies cereal
  • 7 oz (210 g) dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) Blue Dragon Thai Sriracha Chilli Sauce


  1. Line a 9 "x 13" (23 cm x 33 cm) dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large microwaveable bowl, melt the marshmallows and butter on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla. Add the Rice Krispies, stirring to coat.
  4. Press Rice Krispies mixture into the prepared pan and let cool to set. Cut into squares.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler, then add the Thai Sriracha Chilli Sauce; mix well.
  6. Dip the Rice Krispies squares into the chocolate, and let cool on a plate, until the chocolate has hardened.
