A creamy, yet spicy Stir Fry.


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts (free-range if possible), cut into very thin strips
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 75g green beans, cut in half
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Chilli Coconut Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the chicken strips, stir fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the pepper & green beans and stir fry for a further minute.
  3. Pour over the Chilli Coconut Sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.
