  • 1/2 butternut squash, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper (the colour of your choice) cut into strips
  • 1 can mini-corn
  • olive oil
  • 2 sachets Blue Dragon Honey Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 package Blue Dragon Rice Noodles


  1. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the squash; stir-fry until softened.
  2. Add the remaining vegetables; stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Add the two sachets of Honey Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce; stir-fry for about two minutes more.
  4. Serve over rice noodles.
