Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce


Water, Sugar, Tomato, Red Onion, Spring Onion, Modified Maize Starch, Chinese Rice Vinegar, Spirit Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Light Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soya Beans, Roasted Wheat, Sugar), Minced Chilli Paste (Chilli Peppers, Water, Salt, Acetic Acid), Szechuan Pepper, Garlic Purée, Coriander, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Colour: Paprika Extract. Contains Sesame, Wheat Gluten, Soya.

Cooking instructions: 1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in wok, add 350g diced meat, chicken or shrimp and stir fry 1-2 mins. 2. Add ½ to 1 cup vegetables and stir fry 1 min. 3. Add sauce and simmer 1 min. Serve with rice or noodles.

Allergy advice: May contain traces of peanuts and other nuts.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Not a significant source of cholesterol, fibre, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium or iron.
