Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

Water, Sugar, Tomato Purée, Crushed Pineapple (Pineapple, Pineapple Juice, Citric Acid), Chinese Rice Vinegar, Minced Chilli Paste (Chilli Peppers, Water, Salt, Acetic Acid), Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Red Onion, Modified Maize Starch, Spirit Vinegar, Light Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soya Beans, Roasted Wheat, Sugar), Ginger Purée, Vegetable Oil, Star Anise, Lime Zest, Garlic Purée, Lime Juice Concentrate, Salt

Cooking instructions: 1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in wok, add 350g diced meat, chicken or shrimp and stir fry 1-2 mins. 2. Add ½ to 1 cup vegetables and stir fry 1 min. 3. Add sauce and simmer 1 min. Serve with rice or noodles.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
