Cooking instructions: 1. Dip 350g chicken strips in 1 beaten egg and then toss in the corn starch. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and pan fry the chicken pieces. 3. Once browned add 1 onion, 2/3 cup of broccoli and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 4. Add sauce and simmer for 1 min.
