A creamy Thai style stir fry with green chillies and coconut milk.

Chilli Coconut Stir Fry Sauce


Water, Coconut Milk (Coconut, Water), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Lemongrass, Green Birdseye Chillies, Modified Maize Starch, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Garlic Purée, Thai Basil, Ginger Purée, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Chilli Flakes, Galangal, Coriander, Lactic Acid, Lime Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid.

Cooking instructions: 1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in wok, add 350g diced meat, chicken or shrimp and stir fry 1-2 mins. 2. Add ½ to 1 cup vegetables and stir fry 1 min. 3. Add sauce and simmer 1 min. Serve with rice or noodles.

Allergy advice: Contains Fish. May contain traces of peanuts, other nuts and sesame seeds.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
