Cooking instructions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add 300g beef strips, stir fry for 2 minutes. 2. Add 100g broccoli florets and 1 small sliced onion and stir fry for a further minute. 3. Pour over the sauce and heat through. Serve with noodles or rice.
