No barbecue is ever complete without burgers! And these simple little beef sliders are no exception. Surprise your family and friends in the best way possible when you add Blue Dragon Nuoc Cham to one of Canada’s must-have BBQ condiments.


  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp Blue Dragon Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp steak spice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 small lettuce leaves
  • 12 slices tomatoes
  • 12 slices pickles
  • 12 slider buns

Nuoc Cham Ketchup

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Blue Dragon Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes


  1. Gently combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Blue Dragon Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce, mustard, steak spice, garlic and salt. Divide into 12 portions; shape into patties.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill patties for 3 – 4 minutes per side or until well marked and cooked through.

Nuoc Cham Ketchup

  1. Meanwhile, mix together ketchup, Blue Dragon Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce and hot pepper flakes.
  2. Layer Nuoc Cham Ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and burger in each bun.


If you like, top each slider with cheese and grill for an additional minute or until cheese is melted.
